Mare sure you support the various campaigns from Susan G. Komen for the Cure, to the Breast Cancer Research Fund, to Bright Pink. Most importantly, don’t forget to feel your boobies every month, and get your annual or bi-annual mammogram.**

**Monthly breast health exams for women 18 and up. Women should know how their breasts normally feel and report any changes to the health care provider immediately. Women 35-40 and older should get a mammogram every 1-2 years. If your family has a strong history of breast cancer, consult with your ob/gyn about getting a mammogram at an earlier age.
