I don’t know about the rest of you, but I can’t get enough of style icon Carrie Bradshaw and the gang. So the word is out and the stage is officially set for the Sex And The City sequel in 2010. I am absolutely giddy with anticipation to see how the fabulous style musings of SATC stylist, Patricia Fields, will come together on the big screen once again. SATC was, and still is, a leading fashion influencer, continuously sparking style trends around the globe.

I’ve been such a huge follower of the SATC fashions, that I actually tracked down one of Patricia Fields’ fashion resources in New Orleans back in 2001. Hemline boutique, is an absolutely fabulous shop for fun, fresh, one of a kind fashion finds. During one of my many visits to N’awlins, I purchased a wonderful Asian bell sleeve blouse, and a strapless, striped jersey knit dress complete with flower pin in true Carrie Bradshaw fashion from the boutique. However, I’m not so sure how I feel about Miley Cyrus playing a young Carrie Bradshaw as speculations start to flow…hmmm, let’s just say the verdict is still out on that decision.
