Being this is the inaugural post, of course we’re gonna start out with the inauguration outfits of our new first lady, Michelle Obama.
For the swearing in ceremony of our 44th President, Barack Obama, and her handsome hubby, the first lady donned a lemongrass colored embroidered shift dress with matching swing coat by Isabel Toledo, accessorized with green classic round toe pumps by Jimmy Choo and J.Crew gloves.
Then onto the glitz and glam of the 10 inaugural balls where our new First Lady stepped out in a white silk chiffon one-shoulder gown by Jason Wu. Of course Mr. Wu had no idea his gown was selected and found out as he watched the inauguration festivities on TV like the rest of the country. But was it really such a shock that Michelle chose Jason Wu since she did wear his #17 dress from his Spring 09 collection during the Barbara Walters interview in December?
