Come again? What did you say now? The next H&M designer collaboration is who? Versace!!!!! H&M (H & M Hennes & Mauritz AB) has just announce that their next designer collaborator is indeed the house of Versace. But wait, it gets even better. Donatella Versace and H& M Creative Advisor, Margareta van den Bosch, are pairing up for not only ONE, but TWO collections!! Fall AND Pre-Spring!!!!

This exclusive collection will pay homage to the vibrant Versace heritage, and include everything from amazing prints, birght colors, leather, and gold studs. The collection will go on sale November 17, 2011 in 300 stores worldwide as well as online, giving fashion junkies a chance to own a piece of iconic Versace style at incredible H&M prices. Here’s a sneak peak at the new collaboration, and I must say, we are already fans!
The collection will include ranges for women, men and selected pieces for the home. The added bonus and bitter sweet news: Donatella Versace has also designed a pre-spring collection for H&M which will only be available exclusively in countries with H&M on-line sales on January 19, 2012. However, the online shopping in the U.S. for H&M will not be available until end of 2011/2012. So for our state side fashionistas, fingers crossed that on-line shopping in the U.S. is up and running before the Versace for H&M pre-Spring launch date next January.
This news comes shortly after Versace announced the launching of a new children’s line, Young Versace. Donatella closed the Versace Men’s Show, in Milan yesterday, strutting down the runway in one of the new Versace for H&M dresses from the collaboration.
