Terra Style Find: Kim White Handbags

I vividly remember the sky blue fabric on the seats of my mom’s old Pontiac as a little girl. When I discovered Kim White Handbags, I had a nostalgic moment and was like a kid in the purse candy store as these bags have got to be the coolest eco-friendly fashion trend I’ve seen.

L.A. based, Kim White has taken ingenuity to the next level using dead stock, never used textiles that was intended for use in 1970′s and 1980′s American cars, trucks and vans.

Not only are these bags eco-friendly with the recycled material, but they are retro chic with each handbag being tagged with the year, make and model from the car of origin (i.e. 1983 Camaro or a 1978 Ford Mustang)

Camaro! Iroc Z! Cool Water cologne! Feathered hair dos! Gotta love the 80′s!
